• V- This is a valuable because this is going to be a long tedious task and it takes a lot to be determined for such a big project
• R- this is a rare resource because not many people are determined and have the willpower to follow through in such a hard task
• I - This is not a hard idea to be copied by others It would be beneficial if other schools started doing this too.

• Supporters who are willing to donate to my project
• V- This is a valuable resource because I need some sort of base to fund my project.
• R- this is a rare resource because not many people can say they have people willingly to donate money to their project
• I- I am sure other people have donors too that are willing to support them
• N- there are other resources that can provide the same benefits such as go fund me pages.
• Contractor
• V- This is a valuable resource because you can't build the project without having a licensed contractor.
• R- This is not a rare resource because there are many contractors
• I- Other people have contractors
• N- There are no other resources that can provide the same benefits.
• Flexibility
• V- This is a valuable resource because you must be flexible and patient in order to build a big project
• R- This is a rare resource because a lot of people struggle with time management and are super busy and cannot be flexible
• I- Not many people have the time to be flexible
• N- There are  no other resources that can provide the same benefits.
• Students who agree
• V- This is a valuable resource because majority of the students at this University will agree and say there needs to be change and additional cheaper parking
• R- This is a rare resource because it is hard to get such a big body of people to agree on one thing
• I- Other people have students who are willing to support them
• N- there are other resources that can provide the same benefits.
• Supplies
• V- This is a valuable resource because you need supplies in order to build the project
• R- this is not a rare resource you can get supplies anywhere.
• I-  there are many different variations of supplies
• N- There are other resources that can provide the same benefits.
• Project manager
• V- This is a valuable resource because I have a project manager who is my friend.
• R- This is not a rare resource but it is somewhat rare to have someone you personally know to do the job for you
• I- There are many variations of project managers
• N- there are not really other resources that can provide the same benefits
• Social networks in Florida
• V- This is a valuable resource because it is a good thing to have social networks where you are building your project
• R- This is a rare resource because not everyone can say they have a social network
• I- There are many variations of social networks in florida
• N- there are other resources that can supply the same benefits.

• V-  This is a valuable resource because  it takes a lot of bravery to do such a big project
• R- This is a rare resource because not everyone is courageous and able to follow through with their decisions
• I- There are not many variations of social network
• N- there are no other resources that can supply the same benefits.
• Attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• V-  This is a valuable resource because it is very tedious and could be overwhelming to be very precise and check things over multiple times to make sure you are doing the best you can
• R- this is  a rare resource because not every person has this motivation
• I- There are many variations of customer satisfaction
• N-  There are no other resources that can supply the same benefits.

My top resource is  is determination. This is more important than all my other resources because it is something that you have to have in order to be successful. Yes, all the other recourses are important but you need to have a strong mind set first.
